Refund policy
At Raeira, each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. We hope you love your jewellery as much as we loved creating it. Please take a moment to read our return and refund policy before placing your order.
No Return & No Refund
- We follow a strict No Return and No Refund policy.
- Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges only in the case of:
- Damaged product
- Defective product
- Incorrect item received
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- An unboxing video and clear photos must be shared as proof at the time of raising the request.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
For products that are in stock, we dispatch within 48 hours. For pre-orders, please allow up to 15 working days for delivery.
If your exchange request is approved, we will provide a replacement of the same product. If the same product is unavailable, the exchange will not be processed.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Customized or personalized jewellery.
- Products without proper proof of damage/defect.
- Products reported after 24 hours of delivery.
Process for Exchange
- Email us at hello@raeira.com with your order details and proof (video + images).
- Our team will review and confirm eligibility within 2–3 business days.
- Once approved, you may ship the product back to us using a reliable courier service. (Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was wrongly sent by us).
- After inspection, we will dispatch the replacement or issue store credit.
Important Notes
- Jewellery is delicate; damages due to mishandling, exposure to chemicals, or normal wear and tear are not covered under exchange.
- Raeira reserves the right to decline an exchange if the product does not meet the above conditions.
