Refund policy

At Raeira, each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. We hope you love your jewellery as much as we loved creating it. Please take a moment to read our return and refund policy before placing your order.


No Return & No Refund

  • We follow a strict No Return and No Refund policy.
  • Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges only in the case of:

  • Damaged product
  • Defective product
  • Incorrect item received

To be eligible for an exchange:

  1. Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. An unboxing video and clear photos must be shared as proof at the time of raising the request.
  3. The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

For products that are in stock, we dispatch within 48 hours. For pre-orders, please allow up to 15 working days for delivery.
If your exchange request is approved, we will provide a replacement of the same product. If the same product is unavailable, the exchange will not be processed.


Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Customized or personalized jewellery.
  • Products without proper proof of damage/defect.
  • Products reported after 24 hours of delivery.

Process for Exchange

  1. Email us at hello@raeira.com with your order details and proof (video + images).
  2. Our team will review and confirm eligibility within 2–3 business days.
  3. Once approved, you may ship the product back to us using a reliable courier service. (Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was wrongly sent by us).
  4. After inspection, we will dispatch the replacement or issue store credit.

Important Notes

  • Jewellery is delicate; damages due to mishandling, exposure to chemicals, or normal wear and tear are not covered under exchange.
  • Raeira reserves the right to decline an exchange if the product does not meet the above conditions.
