Fast, reliable delivery for all Raeira orders

Order processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping timeline

  • Standard Shipping (India): 4–7 business days.
  • Express Shipping (India): 2–4 business days (where available).

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and the courier partner.

Shipping charges

Free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2000.
A nominal shipping fee of ₹100 applies to orders below ₹2000. Express shipping charges (if selected) will be calculated at checkout.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send an email/SMS with a tracking number and courier details. Use the tracking link provided to follow your package.

Delivery policy & important notes

  • Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct. Raeira is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
  • If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier may re-attempt delivery or hold the package at a nearby hub for pickup. Follow the courier instructions on the tracking page.
  • If your package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, check with other household members and the shipping address before contacting us — sometimes packages are left in a secure location.

Delays & exceptions

Occasionally delivery may be delayed due to weather, courier disruptions, customs (for future international shipments), or other unforeseen circumstances. We’ll keep you updated and work with our courier partners to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

International shipping

At the moment, Raeira ships within India only. We plan to introduce international shipping soon — watch this space or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
